Custom Floor Plans
We don't sell standard plans off a catalog. Our in-house design team works directly with you to draft a floor plan built around your specific needs — whether that's a massive open-concept kitchen, a dedicated workshop, a guest suite, or all three. Most clients start with a rough sketch or a few reference photos and end up with a fully engineered, permit-ready set of drawings.

Full Turnkey Build
Our turnkey service covers every phase from groundbreak to move-in. We manage the general contracting, all subcontractors, scheduling, inspections, and punch-list. You get one point of contact and one contract — no juggling multiple subs or chasing permits yourself.

Metal Building Kits
Want to erect the building yourself or with your own crew? We supply high-quality pre-engineered metal building packages — straight-wall or Quonset, in the size and gauge you need. All kits come with stamped drawings, anchoring plans, and tech support during erection.

Interior Finishing
Already have a metal shell standing? We can finish it out to any level — from basic drywall and painted concrete to full luxury finishes with custom cabinetry, hardwood floors, and designer tile. We bring the same quality and attention to detail to your interior as we do to the structure.
- Spray foam or batt insulation
- Drywall, texturing, and paint
- Flooring: stained concrete, LVP, hardwood, tile

Site Prep & Foundation
A barndominium is only as solid as its foundation. We handle all site preparation work — land clearing, grading, drainage, and either a monolithic slab or a pier-and-beam foundation depending on your soil conditions and building design. We also coordinate utility connections where needed.

Nationwide Design Consults
Not near one of our project markets? We offer full remote design consultations via video call. You'll work directly with our design team, share your land survey and ideas, and walk away with a floor plan and rough budget — no travel required. Many of our out-of-state builds start exactly this way.
